The Tot shots Soccer Club Program is a Not For Profit Organization dedicated to the development of grassroots soccer and our littlest sprouts.  Developed and sponsored by OPSL, the program will introduce basic skills, teamwork and sportsmanship through structured and controlled programming, preparing them to continue into youth house league or youth competitive programs.  We will get their little juices flowing and inspire them to grow!  For more information about this program please click on the TOT SHOTS SOCCER  in the left menu on the home page!

OPSL & West Mississauga Soccer Club:

OPSL was established orignially in North Brampton in 2001.  Today, the Brampton North Soccer Club is amongst the largest recreational soccer clubs in the Brampton area.  In 2008 we expanded our programs into West Mississauga and operated for five successful years.  Last year however, we were unable to secure saticfactory fields and discontinued our West Mississauga programs.  But now, after negotiations with the City of Mississauga, we have been able to allocate fields within the West Mississauga area that will be available to us for years to come and are looking forward to re-establishing and achieving the success we have made in North Brampton.

At the OPSL we strive to teach, develop and implement the basic skills of soccer, while creating a fun and enjoyable experience for players, parents, coaches, referees and volunteers alike.

New in 2014 we expanded our club programs to include a higher level of competition in our Youth All Star and Rep programs, currently in the Brampton location.

Our emphasis is on the SIX "P's"; Possession, Passing, Position, Patience, Performance & Power. By working on developing individual skills in each of these areas, through simple, proper techniques and game development, we can instill a strong foundation of the basics of soccer allowing for further and future success.

Like most sports organization we rely on the enthusiasm and involvement of parents and community to volunteer as coaches and assistants.  Working closing to ensure that they are not alone, we are involved every step of the way to make certain that quality of programming and fun for all participants are always present.  We have created a very structured program whereby the implementation of soccer skills are introduced on a weekly basis through target skills and drills.  This is called the" Skill of the Week" program. Each coach, with the help from a trained referee and head coach, are given a specific skill and practice before each game.  This guarantees the quality of soccer education is the same for all who participate.

Partnerships with the Cities & Townships,  Region of Peel Agricultural Society, several District School Boards,  local community centers and Private Business have allowed us to be able to facilitate recreational programs within local communities at a common location limiting travel to a single season site location.

Our indoor training center, located in North Brampton, opened in 2001.  At 220 ft x 150 ft, it is one of the largest indoor playing surfaces in Ontario whereby adult and older youth leagues can play 9 on 9 and younger youth 11 on 11.  This surface can also be divided into two mini indoor fields for 6-aside play.

It is our obligation to make your soccer experience positive, exciting and rewarding, through good programming, organization and excellent customer service.
